  • What is the MI3 Talent Key Profile?

    There are seven different intelligences, or ways people process information - identified by Howard Gardner of Harvard University. Most schools and businesses use traditional teaching or training methods addressing verbal linguistic and math/logic intelligences.

    Only 15% of the population has Verbal/Linguistic or Math/Logic as dominant intelligences or learning strengths. The MI3 Talent Key identifies which of the seven intelligences you use to process information and communicate.

    This assessment is fun, easy and there are no wrong answers, it has pictures and questions about which scenarios are most appealing to you. It will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete and will provide the information necessary to identify your learning and communication strengths.

  • How do users obtain a personal access code in order to Take the Talent Key?

    Your Talent Key Access Code and instructions on how to Take the Talent Key Assessment will be provided in an e-mail which will be sent to you upon completion of the PayPal form. You can access various Talent Key Packages by clicking on the “Purchase Talent Key” button in the header of this web site, then click on the PayPal button associated with the package in which you are interested. You do not need a PayPal account. Simply click on the gray “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button below the Log In button.

  • After taking the Talent Key Assessment, how and when do I get my results?

    Your results are displayed immediately upon completion of the Talent Key. You may save your results as a pdf to your desktop. You can also print your results or at anytime return to the home page, re-enter your access code and have your results in a digital format.

  • If the pictures in the Talent Key won’t load, what do I do?

    Make sure you have enabled pictures in your internet browser's preferences. Also, check to see if your anti-virus software prevents pictures from being loaded. Sometimes using another browser or trying to access your profile on another computer will solve your problem, otherwise contact MI Support or submit a support ticket.

  • Is there a manual provided to assist Administrators with the functionality of the site?

    Once you get a username and password, you can log in and view a downloadable manual to help you get started.
